Chicken Livers and Bacon Bits

Ingredients
1 Onion Chopped
1 Tablespoon uSisi Garlic flakes
1 Tablespoon Oil
1/2 Packet bacon bits
50g Butter
250g Chicken Livers
1 Tablespoon uSisi Cayenne powder
1 Teaspoon uSisi White Pepper (10 Grinds) 1 Chillie deseeded and chopped 1 Spring onion, chopped 250ml Fresh cream

Directions
Fry the onion and garlic in the oil over medium heat until the onion is golden brown and soft
Add the diced bacon and fry until cooked
Add half the butter to the pan and cook on medium heat for 3 min. Add the Chicken livers, white pepper, chillie and uSisi Cayenne pepper and stir to combine.
Cook until the livers are done and cooked through.
Add the rest of the butter to the pan and let it melt.
Pour the cream into the and stir in well letting it simmer for a few minutes whilst it thickens.
Season with uSisi Himalayan salt and add more chillies to taste.
Serve with bread
