Ginger Fish Burgers

Ingredients
4 Yellow Tail Fillets (700 grams, skinned and deboned)
1 Tablespoon uSisi Garlic
1 Tablespoon uSisi Ginger powder
4 Spring onions
A handful fresh coriander
2 Tablespoons Tamari
5 Grinds of uSisi Fishy Grinder
1 Teaspoon uSisi Cayenne Pepper
Grated zest of of 1 lime
1 Tablespoon uSisi Coconut Oil
Directions
Place the fish in the food processor and pulse a few times.
Add all the other ingredients, except the oil, and pulse again a few times.
Form the mixture into four burgers. About 10cm wide and 2cm thick, or make 8 smaller burgers, then chill them in the fridge to firm them up
Melt the oil in a large frying pan or skillet over medium high heat and fry the burgers on one side for 3 minutes, pressing down to flatten and get nicely browned and just cooked through.
Serve the burgers with Kavi’s Atchar on a bed of lettuce
Grind over more Fishy Grinder and scatter with sesame seeds, coriander and some more lime juice
