Directions
Break the eggs in a bowl
Add the cream, grind in the Ginger & Turmeric to taste and whisk until frothy
Melt some butter in a non stick pan on medium heat, add the mixture and fry until the top is set
Carefully Flip and cook the other side
Add the cheese and your cooked toppings of choice
