Gluten Free Banting Bread

Serves: 6
Prep Time: 30 minutes
Cooking Time: 40-50 mins
250g sunflower flour
1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 tsp uSisi Fafa Himalayan Salt
1 tbsp uSisi Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
2 tsp baking powder
3 large eggs
2 tbsp fresh or dried parsley
In a blender, add your sunflower seeds.
Blend until they turn to flour consistency.
In a bowl, mix your eggs, buttermilk, and apple cider vinegar together with a whisk or fork.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients, sunflower seed flour, almond flour, salt and baking powder.
Then add it to the wet ingredients and mix it all together.
Fold in the cheese and parsley.
Line and grease the bread tin and add your batter.
Bake in the Oven @ 180 for 40-50 mins until cooked through.
Enjoy straight out of the oven, steaming with melted butter and perhaps a grind of one of our uSisi grinders, any flavour will take this slice of heaven to the next level!
