Meat Pâté & Haibo Hot

Serves: 2
Prep Time: 30 minutes
Cooking Time: 15 -20 minutes
250 grams left over steak
1/2 cup or more butter with extra for top sealant
Tbsp Worcester sauce Tbsp vinegar
4 anchovies
And a few grinds of Haibo Hot grinder
Add some uSisi coconut oil into a pan and gently cook your red meat till medium done. If you have left over meat that can go straight into the blender
Place the meat into the @omniblendsa and start to blend, adding all the ingredients till well combined.
Add butter until its a smooth dreamy creamy consistency
Add as much Haibo Hot as your heart desires
Place the pate into dishes and then pour over melted butter to seal it.
Place it in the fridge until the butter has set
Serve on our warm banting bread with an extra twist of HAIBO HOT
