Pan Fried Steak and Hot Chilli Salsa

10 fresh red and green peppers
4 tomatoes
1 handful coriander
15ml red wine vinegar
30ml olive oil
uSisi Himalayan Salt
Steak of your choosing
uSisi MJOJO grinder spice
Get a skillet to scorching hot and place the chilli peppers with uSisi coconut oil into the pan. Cook until they start to char.
Take them out the pan and when cool enough peal and deseed them. Then Finally dice them.
Deseed the tomatoes and finely dice them too.
Finely chop the coriander and mix with the chillies, tomatoes and the red wine vinegar.
For the steak, heat the griddle to scorching with uSisi coconut oil. Then grind uSisi MJOJO liberally and massage onto both sides.
When ready cook the steak to medium rare, turning to make sure both sides are caramelised.
Once ready, plate with the salsa dressed on top of the steak.
